FHIRedApp — Your Health Records, in Your Hands

FHIRedApp is a free patient app from Connxus that puts your health information where it belongs – with you. Instead of filling out the same paper forms at every visit, you can carry your records with you and share them in seconds.

What is FHIRedApp?

FHIRedApp brings your health records together in one secure place. It connects to your health information network and gathers details such as your:

• Medications
• Health conditions and diagnoses
• Allergies
• Lab and test results
• Vital signs, such as blood pressure
• Visits and procedures
• Immunizations
• Insurance coverage

You don’t have to log in to a separate hospital or clinic patient portal. Once you verify who you are, FHIRedApp brings your records to you.

What you can do with FHIRedApp

• See your records in one place. View your medications, conditions, lab results, and more — organized and easy to read.
• Skip the clipboard. At your next appointment, share your records with your provider by showing a secure QR code. No more rewriting your medical history by hand.
• Stay in control. You decide what to share and with whom, and you can see a history of who has accessed your data.
• Connect trusted apps. Add health and wellness apps from our app library when you choose to. They only receive the information you approve, and you can disconnect them at any time.

How to get FHIRedApp

You can start using FHIRedApp today — right from your web browser, with no download required. Mobile apps for iPhone and Android are coming soon.

1. Open FHIRedApp in your browser. Go to fa.connxus.org on your computer or phone. (Mobile apps coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.)
2. Verify your identity. To keep your records safe, you’ll confirm who you are through a trusted, secure identity verification service (such as ID.me). This means you won’t need a separate portal login. If you need help verifying your identity or would prefer another option, just contact us.
3. See and share your records. Once you’re set up, your health information is ready to view and share whenever you need it.
