Kaden joined Connxus in November 2024 as a Client Services Coordinator. In this role, he brings a client-first approach to managing relationships and projects while helping ensure the seamless delivery of services. His commitment to clear, direct communication and building strong relationships makes him a valuable member of the Connxus team.

At Connxus, Kaden manages partner implementations from initial requirements and technical planning through go-live and ongoing support. His work sits at the intersection of client services, project management, and healthcare data interoperability, coordinating partners, vendors, and technical teams to map and validate data specifications, establish secure data feeds, and support effective workflows. He has brought data from two new partners into the Connxus environment and plays a central role in migrating partner integrations from the organization’s legacy infrastructure to its new HDH platform. Kaden also contributes to Connxus’ privacy, security, policy, and compliance efforts. Together, these responsibilities help expand the data available across the network, reduce fragmentation, and provide a more complete view of patient information.

Before joining Connxus, Kaden worked on the Onboarding team at Notified, where he developed his expertise in client engagement and service delivery within the public relations and investor relations industries. His experience included managing client projects, collaborating across PR and IR teams, tracking goals and key performance indicators, mapping processes, and maintaining records. Kaden earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Sociology from the University of Oregon in 2021. His academic background, combined with his experience in client services, partner project management, and healthcare data operations, equips him to contribute meaningfully to Connxus’ mission.

Outside of work, Kaden enjoys skiing, music, cooking, and hiking. When he is not on the slopes, in the kitchen, or on the trails, he can often be found at the local dog park with his dog, Rocky, meeting new friends. His passion for adventure carries into his professional life and motivates him to help Connxus make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
