Sofia joined Connxus in 2024 and is a CHW on the Accountable Health Communities project. Her role reflects her passion for helping others connect with resources.

Before joining Connxus, Sofia transitioned from Law Enforcement to becoming a Marketing Manager, working at Time Warner Cable in her hometown of Eagle Pass, Texas. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Sofia’s commitment to community service is further demonstrated in her volunteer work at her church, her time spent with her grandkids, and her dedication to regular exercise.
